At Sole Health Coaching, working with individuals of all fitness levels and encouraging everyone to move and play is vital. Humans have an innate desire for fresh air, sunshine, and natural spaces to create health and balance. I will listen and provide structured education on core human movements that support strong bodies to perform in everyday life and recreation. 

Lifestyle

Stress impacts all of us. Some of the most common symptoms are poor sleep and tired days. This reduces our productivity and ability to heal from within. We can’t always change our stressors, but we can change how we respond to them. Healthy sleep habits support the restoration we need, as well as better choices for clean water, and reducing toxins in our space and personal care.
