At Sole Health Coaching, I offer the Twelve Weeks to Transformation program, a highly engaged experience for both the coach and client. I listen to and care about you during this special journey. I work with men and women, 18 and older, and provide unique insights on healthy eating, fitness, and lifestyle. Together, we tackle stubborn fat loss. Especially with women in menopause. I acknowledge those who are shift workers or recovering from trauma with special care and attention.
A Health Coach provides one-on-one motivation, education, and support for your health, wellness, and body composition goals. Everyone has different home, social, and work commitments. Whether your goal is to eat better, lose weight, increase vitality, or better performance, I can help. Virtual services are offered.

My name is Karen Clemens and I am the founder of the Twelve Weeks to Transformation program. Over the past several years, I have had a healing journey myself. In 2018, I was in a serious car accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. I was unable to drive for two years, unable to walk around the block for 6 months, and I had to keep my eyes closed most of the time. I couldn’t process light, sound, or my relationship to space. I processed the outside world at a different rate. It was stressful, scary, and exhausting, and most of all, I was shocked. I was shocked because this was the opposite of how I defined myself. Before my accident, I was always ready for an adventure, I covered miles per day in my traditional work career, and I strived to be engaged and achieve at every level. I was social and loved hiking trips, golf, working out, and enjoying life.
Post-accident, I came back the best I could. I’m grateful that I was always a fitness enthusiast and appreciated natural health solutions and healthy eating. I adopted an ancestral approach to eating about 12 years ago. I felt great! I even was able to diminish some autoimmune issues I had. I took it a step further. During the second year of my healing journey, I studied to become a Primal Health Coach. I adopted the nutritional principles to an elevated level and also principles related to stress and sleep. I had limited movement, but when I was ready, I was thrilled at how much strength I had preserved! Fresh air, sunshine, and good nutrition in the human body helped me heal better than most thought I could. Although my journey was difficult and long-lasting, yours doesn’t have to be. Whatever your goals are, I want to help!
